We are well aware that the choice of coatings has a vital impact on environmental performance. Therefore, in the surface treatment of sound insulation and heat insulation sliding window architectural aluminum profiles, we use high-quality coatings that meet national and international environmental protection standards. These coatings have low volatile organic compounds (VOCs) content, are non-toxic and harmless, and do not pose a threat to the environment and human health. Specifically, the coatings we choose have the following main characteristics:
Low VOCs content: We strictly control the VOCs content in the coating to ensure that it does not release too much harmful gases during production and use, reducing pollution to the atmospheric environment.

Oxidation treatment: We use advanced anodizing technology to form a dense aluminum oxide film on the surface of aluminum profiles through an electrochemical process. At the same time, the anodizing process does not use harmful chemicals and is a green and environmentally friendly surface treatment technology.

Wastewater undergoes multi-stage filtration and biochemical treatment to ensure that it meets emission standards; waste gas is treated by catalytic oxidation, activated carbon adsorption and other methods to reduce pollution to the atmosphere.
In order to ensure that the environmental performance of surface treatment is balanced with production efficiency, we have adopted energy-saving and efficient production processes. Specifically:
Automated production line: We have a fully automated surface treatment production line, which has achieved automated control in all links from pretreatment, spraying to curing. This not only improves production efficiency, but also reduces the risk of pollution caused by manual operation.
Intelligent monitoring and adjustment: Through the intelligent monitoring system, we can monitor various parameters in the production process in real time, such as temperature, humidity, paint dosage, etc., and make timely adjustments based on the monitoring results to ensure the stability of product quality and environmental performance.
Waste heat recovery and utilization: During the spray curing process, we use waste heat recovery technology to use the waste heat generated by the curing furnace to preheat fresh air or heat other media, thereby reducing energy consumption.
